“Over the past two years we have been visiting Vancouver Island (and the Sunshine Coast). Our mission was the same as so many before us...where to retire? 
Last summer we were in Parksville/Qualicum yet again and actually looked at some "stratas" but nothing was exciting to the point of wanting to make an offer.  On our last day, we were headed to the ferry when we passed your office. We had left ourselves contingency time and so we decided to stop and check to ensure we had the most recent listing information/real estate guide. 
I don't remember whether someone was on reception (I think it was a weekend) but whatever, you Celia were in the office, (right place, right time). Wow!  All kind of help, no pressure, all the explanations and information we could absorb, a wonderful map and we were placed on an electronic listing system that was already emailing us when we got home, (Edmonton).  All that was really helpful but then you continued to make periodic personal contact to see how things were going on our end. We had a house to sell in a grim market. 
We returned to the Island and as we hadn't yet sold, we wanted market knowledge but weren't comfortable making any offers. You took care of that through showing vacant properties. We went home, accepted an offer on our property (!) and came back again, this time as serious buyers. Once again you saw us through and as a result of your skill, dedication, product knowledge and good humor, we purchased a strata in Fairwinds; a modest one which we have just finished renovating!!  
We want you to know how much we appreciated your service and want to say..."Thank you for everything", including your patience and all the extras you took care of for an out-of-town buyer. We were so anxious to move in to our new home that we planned on just sleeping on the floor the first night, as the movers weren't arriving till the next day. However, there was a problem coming over on the ferry, we were quite delayed, and she was so kind as to meet us at our house at midnight to deliver the key!
